Shipping and Terms of Payment
The prices quoted on the product pages include the statutory value added tax and other price components.
In addition to the indicated prices shipping costs will be charged for merchandise products.

Orders for admission tickets, lecture tickets and CAMP AREA pitches are free of shipping costs!
Terms of delivery
Delivery within Germany usually takes 3-4 working days. Please note that the delivery time to Austria / Switzerland may vary. Deliveries to countries outside the EU (e.g. Switzerland) are VAT-free.
Terms of payment
The payment takes place by PayPal or prepayment.
Paypal
You pay the invoice amount via the online provider Paypal. You have to be registered there or register first, legitimize with your access data and confirm the payment order to us (exception if necessary guest access). You will receive further information during the ordering process.
